Cyzo Code of Conduct

This document establishes the mandatory standards of behavior for all Users on and in relation to the Cyzo platform.

1. General
Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws at all times.

2. Prohibition of Criminal Activity
Users shall not resort to any form of criminal activity through the Platform Cyzo. Any attempt to use the platform's data or infrastructure to facilitate illegal acts, fraud, or unauthorized access to any system is strictly prohibited.

3. Misuse of Cyzo and Access Restrictions
Misuse of the Platform:
Users must not engage in any form of abuse, including unauthorized data extraction, scraping, bulk copying, automated access, or any activity that interferes with or attempts to bypass Cyzo’s security, rate limits, or technical protections.
Communication With Other Users:
Users must not use any contact details, identifiers, or associations obtained through Cyzo to contact, solicit, or engage with other users outside the platform, in violation of the Off-Platform Engagement rules set out in the User Agreement.

4. Reputation and Reviews
All public statements, Reputation and Reviews, and expressions of opinion concerning Cyzo must be fair, non-defamatory, and factually accurate.

5. Right to Refuse Service
Breach of any term in this Code of Conduct gives Cyzo the absolute Right to Refuse Service and terminate the account without notice or refund.
