Cyzo Fees and Charges Policy

Effective Date: December 17, 2025 (Updated)

This policy details the financial mechanics of using the Cyzo platform.

--------------------------------------

1. Subscription Tiers

Access to content is provided according to the User’s subscription tier. Currently, only Basic Subscription tier is available.

Additional subscription tiers may be introduced in the future as the Platform expands its available services.

2. Fees and Charges Overview

Cyzo subscription pricing may vary by country, currency, and platform. Prices displayed to Users are determined based on a combination of supported local currencies, regional availability, payment processing capabilities, applicable taxes, and exchange rates.

Where local currency support is available, subscription fees will be shown in the User’s local currency. In countries where local currency pricing is not supported, prices may be displayed and charged in USD or EUR, depending on the User’s region.

Pricing decisions are guided by the availability and requirements of our payment service providers, including Stripe, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store, as well as associated processing fees and currency support.

For the most up-to-date pricing and supported currencies, Users should refer to:

Basic Subscription Fee: The Basic Subscription is billed annually on a per-user basis. The subscription fee may vary by country and currency and will be clearly displayed to the User prior to purchase or renewal. The final amount charged may include or exclude applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or Sales Tax), depending on the User’s location, the billing platform, and local tax regulations.

Trial Period: 14 days (2 weeks) free, starting upon acceptance of terms and provision of payment details, applicable to new or first time users only.

Trial Conversion: Automatic charging of the annual fee at the end of the trial period unless explicitly cancelled by the User.

Off-Platform Engagement Fee: A penalty fee (amount at Cyzo's discretion) levied for breaching the User Agreement by engaging in prohibited off-platform communications.

Arrears: Any outstanding unpaid fees from a failed payment or renewal.

--------------------------------------

3. Payment Administration and Security Delegation

All transactions, payment data storage, subscription lifecycle management, and automatic tax calculation are processed by our payment service providers.

Security Delegation: Cyzo delegates the security, processing, and storage of sensitive payment information (including full credit card details) to our payment service providers. You acknowledge and agree that Cyzo does not store, process, or transmit your credit card details on its own servers and relies entirely on our payment service providers’ security protocols and PCI compliance. Cyzo is not responsible for the security practices of this third party, beyond the obligation to select a reputable processor.

Currency Handling and Platform Pricing: Subscriptions purchased via the Cyzo website are processed by Stripe and charged in supported currencies based on regional availability. Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are billed by Apple or Google respectively. Pricing, currency conversion, tax handling, and billing disclosures for mobile subscriptions are governed by the applicable app store’s terms and regional pricing rules. Cyzo does not control currency exchange rates or app store pricing adjustments applied by third-party platforms.

--------------------------------------

4. Responsibility and Chargebacks

It remains the Users’ sole responsibility to ensure that their payment details are accurate and current at all times. Any failed payment due to inaccurate information is the User’s liability.

Chargebacks: Any attempt to reverse a payment via a bank (Chargebacks) without first utilizing our internal dispute resolution process is considered a breach of this agreement and may lead to immediate account termination.

--------------------------------------

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period, and no further charges will be applied.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Cyzo does not offer pro-rata refunds for early cancellation of an annual subscription, except where mandated by local consumer protection laws. Refund eligibility is determined solely by Cyzo's internal policies.

--------------------------------------

6. Payment Failure and Access

Access Block: If the yearly payment fails (following the trial or upon renewal), access will be blocked after a grace period. This includes loss of access to the platform, cessation of all alert notifications, and suspension of real-time data updates.

Unblock: User’s access would be unblocked if a successful payment is made that includes the arrears.

--------------------------------------

7. Taxes

Applicable Taxes (including VAT, GST, and Sales Tax) are calculated and collected automatically by our payment service providers based on the User's country of residence and the transaction's tax jurisdiction. The final charge reflects the Subscription Fee and any determined tax amounts, whether included in the base price or added on top. Users are responsible for any taxes levied upon them by their local authorities.
